Refund policy

How do i return?

  • We are pleased to offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of reception/collection of your item.
  • You must ‘request a return’ in your Tyresse account before returning an order.
  • Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment.
  • Item must be in an unaltered, unworn and unused condition.
  • Item must be returned in original packaging, with all accessories, instruction booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets, boxes and tags.
  • Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection, we will confirm your return. 

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of delivery
  • unworn and unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags & accessories.

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted/Sale items
  • Mouth Jewellery (Grillz)
  • Bespoke, Custom or personalised Orders

How do I return a Tyresse Gift?

To return your order, log into your Tyresse account and request a return. You will receive email confirmation of your return request. All items need to be returned in the original packaging with all tags & accessories included. Refunds may take up to 10 working days and will be issued to the original payment method. Kindly note only the original purchaser will be eligible for a refund when returning the item. 

The item I received is damaged!

If the product(s) you purchased are faulty you can request an exchange or full refund within 30 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We are pleased to offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of reception/collection of your item. Once we receive and inspect the items you wish to exchange, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit

Please note some orders may only be eligible for store credit.

What about my warranty card?

The warranty card entitles you to a one-time repair of the piece - free of charge. Tyresse will repair or replace the item completely free of charge once if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacture defects. There is a £50 GBP/$60 USD repair fee if you encounter future damage or faults.

How do I return my items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. This email contains shipping details, how to ship and where to ship.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 10 working days after approval, if denied the product will be shipped back to you within the working week.
